"Wonderful book. I recently made the chocolate crinkles, a cookie I have made many times in the past. I didn't think the cookie could get much better than the recipe I had been using. I was wrong. I made them using the recipe in the book and these cookies were awesome (my son-in-law's exact words). The chocolate had a much deeper flavor (I did not use the espresso powder) and had a rich brownie-like consistency. I'm looking forward to making the rest of the recipes."

"This is a beautiful book, and filled with both unique and traditional recipes that are easy to follow, and pretty much fool-proof. There is also tons of technical information about ingredients, methods, equipment, etc. that is fascinating and helpful. I hesitated ordering this, because I manage so many of my recipes online or via the web now. But I am really glad I ordered this. Everything I've made so far has been a big hit, and I've book-marked many, many more to try. Highly recommend this book!"
